You will need –
- Rolled oats – 1/4 cup
- Banana – 1
- Egg – 2
- Salt – pinch ( optional)
- cinnamon – pinch ( optional)
Add the rolled oats, banana, and egg to a blender jar and blend until smooth. Make a pan hot on low-medium heat and grease the pan with cooking oil or butter. Pour the oat pancake batter on the hot pan, cover the pan with the lid and let it cook for 1-2 mins or until it is golden brown. Flip and fry for 1 minute or until it is lightly browned. Serve it hot and add in some fruits and maple syrup if desired.
