Cold & Cough = Pepper

Make pepper tea that provides a number of other health benefits. It can help in relieving cold, cough & inflammation. It may also help in regulating blood sugar levels and regular consumption pepper tea is good for overall health and well-being.

Tp use – Add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder a cup of water along with 5-6 lightly mashed peppercorns. Simmer it on low flame for 5 mins and sip of it while its warm to soothe cold and cough.

Toothache = clove

Clove contains the active ingredient known as eugenol, which is a natural anesthetic to soothe a toothache. Make a clove mouthwash by adding 10-12 cloves to a cup of water. Bring it to a boil and use it to swish the mouth before going to bed to reduce tooth ache and keep plaque from building.

Clear Skin = turmeric

Turmeric is well known for its healing and brightening properties. It has many beauty benefits and can be used in different ways to make our skin soft, smooth, glowing skin.  Mix a pinch of turmeric with aloe vera gel or raw hone, apply it on your face for 15 mins and rinse off.

Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric along with a pinch of pepper and few strands of saffron. Let it soak in a cup of warm water for 5 mins and consume it in the morning for clear glowing skin.

Boost immunity or Treat Migraine Headache = ginger

Make a headache relief ginger tea, add 1 tsp of grated ginger to a cup of water and bring it to a boil. Remove from the heat and add 1 tbsp. of lemon juice to the ginger tea along with a pinch of Celtic salt. Sip on it while it’s warm to soothe a migraine headache.

Bad breath = cinnamon

Cinnamon is one of the best natural remedies to treat bad breath. Make a simple cinnamon mouthwash by adding 1/2 tsp cinnamon along with a tsp of raw honey to a cup of water. Rinse your mouthwash with it once a day to refresh your breath.

Fenugreek = hair fall

Fenugreek helps to combat hair loss. It is a highly nourishing and beneficial treatment for your hair strands. It adds vibrancy, shine, volume, and promote healthy hair growth.
Add 1 tbsp of fenugreek powder to 1/4 cup yogurt or hair conditioner and apply it to your hair half an hour before hair wash.
Add 1/2 tsp of fenugreek seeds to a cup of warm water and let it soak overnight. In the morning, strain the seeds and consume the water to treat hair fall.

Sleep = nutmeg

Nutmeg has a soothing and calming effect to provide a restful sleep. To a cup of warm milk, add a 1/4 tsp of nutmeg powder along with a tsp of raw honey. Have it before going to bed.

Weight loss = cumin

Cumin with vitamin C and antioxidants help in improving digestion, bowel movements, and aid in overall fat depletion. It helps to burn calories by speeding by metabolism and improving digestion.

Add a tsp of cumin seeds to a cup of water and leave it on overnight. Drink this water first thing in the morning to aid weight loss.

Carom seeds = bloating

Carom seeds or ajwain helps with digestive problems like acidity, bloating, indigestion, stomach ache, or flatulence. Add 1/2 tsp of carom seeds in a cup of hot water and let it steep for 5 mins. Strain and have this water to soothe bloating.
