Green Tea

Ingredients: Green teabag or leaves, ginger and water. Keep a teapot handy, if you are using tea leaves.
Preparation: Boil the water to a boil with 2 small piece of ginger and let it cool for 2-3 minutes. Then pour the water along with the ginger to a cup with green teabag and let it infuse for about 3 minutes. Then remove the teabag and your cup of green tea is ready. After 3 minutes, open the lid, strain the tea and you will have your freshly brewed green tea to drink.
White Tea
is made from the youngest tea leaves and buds and it is the least processed variety of tea. It prevents generation of new fat cells, boosts metabolism, and the polyphenols present in it stimulates burning of fat. This tea also fairs well in terms of fighting germs.
Ingredients: 1½-2 tablespoons white tea leaves, cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon and 250 ml water.
Preparation: Boil water and allow it cool for about 5-8 minutes. Put the tea leaves in a cup or a teapot. Pour water over the tea leaves. Then cover the teapot or cup with a lid and allow the tea to steep for about 1 to 5 minutes. As a beginner, you can also taste the tea a little after 1 minute and then every 30 seconds till you get your desired taste because steeping time depends on your taste preference. Before serving the tea, pre-warm your teacup by pouring a small amount of boiling water into it. Toss the water around the cup and pour it out. Then pour the tea into the cup through a strainer to remove the leaves.
Oolong Tea
is a traditional Chinese tea containing high amounts of antioxidants. The polyphenols present in oolong tea boosts metabolism, helps the body to use stored fat as energy, and aids in digestion too, all of which greatly contribute to weight loss.
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon loose oolong leaves, rose petals 1 teaspoon, 250 ml water, and a cup or a teapot (preferably Asian-style gaiwan or a clay Yixing teapot).
Preparation: Boil water and allow it cool for about 2 minutes. . Put the tea leaves in the cup or teapot. Pour water over the tea leaves along with the rose petals. Black Tea

Ingredients: Black tea leaves or teabag, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and water.

Ingredients: 4 hibiscus flowers, 1 inch cinnamon stick and 2 cups water.
