Cucumber water – clear skin

To make – Slice a medium-sized cucumber and add it to 1 liter of water. Refrigerate the water for 2-3 hours to infuse the cucumber with the water. Drink this water throughout the day to keep your skin hydrated and glowing from within.

To make – Add few curry leaves to 1 liter of water. Refrigerate the water for 2-3 hours to infuse the cucumber with the water. Drink this water throughout the day for better eyesight.
