You will need –
- Onion – 2
- Rosemary leaves ( fresh or dried )
Take an organic onion and peel the skin. Clean the peels of the onion under water to rinse off any dirt or impurities and add them to a saucepan. Take 2 tbsp of rosemary leaves, you can use fresh or dried rosemary leaves and add them to the saucepan with onion peels. Add in 2 cups of water, close the lid and let it closely simmer on low flame for 10 mins.
Let the water cool down completely before you strain the peel and pour the water into a spray bottle. Spray this water all over your scalp 30 mins and simply rinse it off with plain water. If the smell of onions is too strong then apply a hair conditioner on your hair and then rinse off. Do this 2-3 times a week for best results.
For faster hair growth, follow the inversion method, once you spray the water on your scalp, bend forward and massage your scalp to increase scalp circulation.
