Preparation of cucumber water

Ingredients:

  • ½ cucumber sliced thinly
  • 4 cups of water
  • Mint leaves – 8-10 ( optional)

Preparation: Add thinly sliced cucumbers into the blender with water. Blend well and strain the juice in a glass jar. Add in ice cubes and also garnish it with some cucumber slices. You can also add in 1 tbsp. of raw honey to the juice. Variations: You can add an extra zing to your cucumber water by adding any of these flavorful ingredients such as mint leaves, basil leaves, lemon juice or ginger.
