Ingredients: 1 glass water and 1 teaspoon cumin seeds.

Preparation: Boil cumin seeds in water for 5 mins. You will see the water turning into a light brownish color. Let the water cool and strain it to remove the seeds before drinking.

Steep it –  Soak cumin seeds in water and leave it overnight. The seeds will swell up and release the bioactive compounds into the water. Strain the water before drinking.

Add honey lemon for weight loss – Soak cumin seeds in water and leave it overnight. Boil the water in the morning. Let it cool. Then strain the water and squeeze the lemon and honey in it.
