In a bowl, add 1/3 cup yogurt and add in 2 tablespoons honey. Mix it really well and your hair mask is ready! Apply it generously on hair and scalp and wear a shower cap for 1 hour before you shampoo it off.

To make a yogurt face mask, grab a bowl and add in 1 tablespoon rice flour. Add in enough yogurt to make a thick paste and your face mask is ready! Apply an even layer all over facial skin and let it sit for 30 minutes. Rinse off with little massaging to exfoliate. Use twice a week.
YOGURT FACIAL CLEANSER
