You will need –
- warm Water – 1 cup
- Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
- Pinch of black pepper
- Lemon juice ( optional)
In a cup, add turmeric and black pepper. Pour hot water over it and let it steep for 3-5 mins. Add a splash of lemon juice. Sip on it warm.
