TURMERIC WATER RECIPE
You will need –
- Lemon juice
In a saucepan, add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder or 1 tsp of freshly grated turmeric root. Simmer it on low for 5 mins. Strain the turmeric into a mug and add squeeze juice from half lemon to it. Sip on it warm or add ice cubes to have it cold.
Caution – Do not take turmeric more than the required quantity, high dose of turmeric can lead to indigestion or upset stomach.
