Turmeric Milk: Turmeric and Black pepper together is beneficial for digestion, detoxification and may help relieving digestion issues.
- 1 cup water
- A pinch of pepper powder (optional)
- ¼ tsp organic turmeric (haldi) powder
- Honey (to taste)
- A pinch of cinnamon powder (optional)
Boil one cup of milk and add in the turmeric powder, pepper powder (optional) and cinnamon powder (optional). Boil it for a minute or so on high flame and then turn off. Strain this into a cup and you can also add in honey to taste. Stir well and it is ready to consume.
- 250 ml water
- 4 to 6 cloves
- ¼ tsp organic turmeric powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 drop peppermint essential oil (optional)
Into a heating pan, add in the water and cloves and let it come to a boil. Then pour it into a mixing bowl, add in the organic turmeric powder, mix well and let it cool. Lastly, add in the baking soda and peppermint essential oil (optional), stir well and strain into a storage bottle for use.
Turmeric water :
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp freshly chopped turmeric root
(Or 1/4 tsp organic turmeric powder)
- 2 small piece of ginger
- pinch of pepper powder
- Honey to taste
Into a saucepan, add in the turmeric, ginger, pepper and honey and add in the water. Simmer on low for few mins. Then strain this mixture into shot glasses and add in the honey and it is ready to consume.

Turmeric Skin Gel with Aloe Vera: possesses anti-bacterial and anti-inflammation properties which are proven to fight against pimple causing bacteria. The antioxidant properties of the wild turmeric help in preserving your skin against the harmful UV rays of the sun and help your skin in rejuvenating.
- 1 tbsp aloe vera gel
- ¼ tsp organic turmeric powder
Method and application: Into a mixing bowl, add in the organic turmeric powder and aloe vera gel and mix well. Wash your face with plain water, pat dry it with a towel and apply this evenly all over your face. Leave it on for 20 minutes or overnight and wash off using plain water and a mild cleanser.
Turmeric Toothpaste: turmeric removes the stain from the teeth, heals the gums and also whiten teeth effectively.
- 1 tbsp thick coconut oil
- 1 tsp organic turmeric powder
- 1 drop peppermint essential oil
Into a small mixing bowl, add in the thick coconut oil (if you do not have it, you can refrigerate regular coconut oil for a few hours till it thickens and then use it) and the organic turmeric powder and mix well until properly combined. Add in one drop of the peppermint essential oil, mix well and then pour into a small storage container. Keep in a cool, dry place.
Use this once a week for the best effects.
