Here’s how you can make a DIY homemade black seed hair oil:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp black seeds
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp castor oil

Method:

Into a mixer grinder, add in the black seeds and grind into a fine powder. Then into an empty container, add in the ground black seeds, coconut oil and castor oil and mix it well. Then, screw on the lid tightly and keep this container in a dry and dark place for 2 weeks for the black seeds to get infused into the oils. Then, after 2 weeks, strain the black seed oil into another container using a fine mesh strainer. The oil is then ready to use.

To apply on the hair:

Partition your hair and apply this oil evenly onto your scalp and hair. Then, gently massage this oil into your scalp using circular motions for 5 to 10 minutes. Let it sit for half an hour to one hour before rinsing off with a mild shampoo and conditioner.
