GINGER COFFEE BENEFITS

You will need-
- Dry Ginger -2 small pieces or dry ginger powder – 1/2 tsp
- Peppercorns – 1/4 tsp – lightly crushed
- Basil leaves -4-5
- Coffee powder -1 tsp
- Water – 2 cups
- Palm Sugar/Jaggery- 2 Tsp – sweetener
- Milk ( optional)
Optional ingredients to add –
- Whole Cardamom- 3-4, lightly crushed
- Cinnamon – 1 stick
To make – In a saucepan, add in water and crushed dry ginger or dry ginger powder, coffee powder basil leaves, fresh peppercorns, and sugar or any other sweetener. You can also add in the milk and let it simmer on medium heat for 5 mins.
