CHIA DRINK RECIPE:

Things you need-

  • Filtered Water or green tea – 1 cup
  • Chia seeds – 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp

Directions-

In a glass or jar, add 1 cup of warm water and chia seeds. Stir and put a lid on it. Let the seeds infuse for 10 mins before you consume, this time the seeds will swell and be soft.
