HEALTHY AND YUMMY BEST CHIA SEEDS RECIPES

Chia seeds are known as a powerful superfood that is a rich source of calcium essential for healthy bones and muscles. Being a rich source of fiber the seeds help to keep you healthy and provide natural energy. Make this easy and healthy chia pudding using just 2 ingredients.

You will need –

  • coconut milk or any other milk of your choice – 1/2 cup
  • chia seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Honey ( optional)

To make – Combine 2 tbsp. of chia seeds with coconut milk in a bowl. Mix it really well, cover the bowl and store it in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. In the morning, serve the pudding with fruits or top it with homemade nut butter.

You will need –

  • Any milk of your choice – 1/2 cup
  • chia seeds – 1 tsp
  • Banana – 1
  • Honey ( optional)

Slice and freeze the bananas in a zip lock bag. Add the frozen banana with chia seeds and milk into the blender and blend until smooth. Drink this yummy smoothie for a healthy breakfast.

  • chia seeds – 3 tbsp
  • cocoa powder – 2 tbsp

To make – Combine chia seeds, cocoa powder with milk in a bowl. Using a hand whisk mix the seeds along with the milk really well, cover the bowl and store it in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
