  • Chia seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Almond milk – 1/2 cup
  • Peanut butter 1 tbsp
  • Jam – 1 tbsp
  • Honey – 1-2 tbsp

To make – In a jar, pour in milk, peanut butter, and chia seeds; mix well. Cover the jar and refrigerate it overnight. In the morning, top it off with jam and more peanut butter, and enjoy.

Turmeric chia pudding – Turmeric has anti-inflammatory and contains a lot of health and beauty benefits along with chia seeds it makes a powerful breakfast recipe.

  • Chia seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Almond milk – 12 cup
  • Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
  • Medjool dates – 2-3

To make – In a pan, add milk, dates, and turmeric and bring to a boil. Take the pan off the flame and sieve into a bowl. Add chia seeds and mix well. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate it overnight. In the morning, add a dash of cinnamon ( optional), add in the fruits, and have it for breakfast.
