To make – You can add in honey if you want and blend everything in with 6-8 ice cubes until smooth. If the smoothie is very thick then u can add in some water or more milk to make it to your desired consistency. You can also add in a scoop of protein powder to these recipes.

  • 1/4 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored yogurt
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 2-3 Medjool dates

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for a few seconds. The smoothie will be thick, so you can make this into a smoothie bowl or add in 1/2 cup of water for a smoothie. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.

  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
