You will need –
- coconut milk or any other milk of your choice – 1/2 cup
- chia seeds – 2 tbsp
- Honey ( optional)
To make – Combine 2 tbsp. of chia seeds with coconut milk in a bowl. Mix it really well, cover the bowl and store it in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. In the morning, serve the pudding with fruits or top it with homemade nut butter.

You will need –
- Any milk of your choice – 1/2 cup
- chia seeds – 1 tsp
- Banana – 1
