2 cups water

2-3 cardamom pods – crushed

2 dates or 1 tsp palm sugar

1/2 cup milk

Into a heating, pot adds 2 cups of water and the grated ginger with cardamon cinnamon, and dates. Let it come to a boil. After 2-3 mins, add 1/2 cup of milk of choice. Let it simmer for a minute or two and then turns off the flame. Strain it into a cup and consume it when it is still hot.
