Breakfast Smoothie Recipe with Healthy Seeds Recipe
(Or milk of choice)
Into a container, add in the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and flax seeds and mix these well. Set this aside, as it is ready to use.
Take a small bowl and add in 2 tablespoons of the mixed seeds, along with 10 to 12 raisins. Then top up the bowl with water and soak this mixture overnight.
To make the smoothie:
Into a blender add in the oats, soaked mixed seeds and raisins (make sure to strain out the soaked water), a small banana and a cup of cold milk of choice. Blend this well until it attains a fine texture.
Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
Breakfast Smoothie Bowl with Healthy Seeds Recipe

Into a bowl, add in the chopped dragon fruit and bananas and freeze this overnight.
To make the breakfast smoothie bowl:
Into a blender, add in the frozen fruits, dates and 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk and blend this until it attains a fine texture.
Then pour into a bowl and add some mixed seeds and coconut flakes on top for garnishing. It is ready to eat.
