RICE WATER EYEBROW MASK
You will need –
- Fermented Rice Water – 2 tbsp
- Fenugreek or rosemary powder – 1 tbsp
Make fermented rice water by washing 1/4 cup of organic rice in some water to remove any dirt. I use basmati rice as it smells really good and you don’t get any smell once the rice water is fermented. Add the 1/4 cup of washed rice to a jar with 1 cup of water. Close the lid, shake the jar well and let it soak in the water for 3 hours. After 3 hours, strain the rice from the water and let it water ferment in the jar for 12 hours. You can leave it to ferment for as long as you like but I just leave it to ferment overnight, and then in the morning store the rice water in the refrigerator.

Add the fermented rice water to fenugreek powder and make a thick paste. If you don’t have fenugreek powder then grind rosemary leaves into a powder and use that powder instead. RICE WATER EYEBROW SERUM
Black castor oil works extremely well to darken and thicken your eyebrows, use it along with rice water to regrow overplucked eyebrows.
You will need –
- Fermented Rice Water – 1 tbsp
- Black castor oil – 1 tbsp
