TURMERIC FOR ACNE

Turmeric has anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties that help heal acne. You can add a pinch turmeric to 1 teaspoon gram flour and enough milk to make a thin paste. Use it as a 20 minute facial mask.

POTATO FOR PIGMENTATION

Potato is long known for its anti-pigmentation and brightening benefits. You can simply take a fresh potato slice and rub it on pigmented areas and also place it under your eyes for dark circles.

MILK FOR SUN BURN

Milk has soothing and healing properties. If you get sunburn, you can apply chilled milk on it. You can also add milk in your bath tub and soak in.

COCONUT OIL FOR YELLOW TEETH

Coconut oil is a great ingredient for cleansing your teeth and remove yellow stains. You can either mix coconut oil with turmeric to make your own toothpaste or do oil pulling.
