At some point or the other, I’m sure we all have seen and used these fenugreek seeds which are also known as ‘methi’ seeds. They are rich in vitamins and minerals and this seed is often used as a home remedy for promoting hair growth either by using it as fenugreek water as a rinse, fenugreek seed hair mask or fenugreek oil.
On the other hand, rice water too has been often used as a natural hair growth product. It is made simply by soaking rice in water and then using that water for the hair, in order to expedite the hair growth process. This water is rich in antioxidants and vitamins B and E. Rice water contains an ingredient called inositol, which can penetrate into damaged hair and promote hair repair from inside the hair follicle. It can also help protect the hair from future hair damage
Using fermented rice water (fermentation makes the solution more potent), has an additional benefit, as fermented rice water contains a substance called pitera, a nutrient, which is a natural byproduct that is rich in minerals, vitamins and amino acids and can boost cell regeneration. Rice water also contains ferulic acid, which can help block out ultra-violet (UV) damage which can neutralize oxidative damage and boost the effectiveness of the antioxidant vitamins E and vitamin E.

Mix it well or shake it well once you screw on the lid and let it sit for 25 to 30 minutes. This is the plain unfermented rice water method.
