Here is another simple hair rinse made of amla hibiscus water for thinning hair. Take 1 tbsp of dried Amla (easily available in the market), 1 tbsp of fresh or dried hibiscus and add 2 cups of water to it. Keep it covered over night so that the amla and hibiscus infuses in the water. Next morning, simmer the water on low for 2-3 mins. Spray the rinse on your scalp till your scalp and hair is soaked and leave it for 30 minutes or overnight for best results. You can add a teaspoon of coconut oil or aloe vera gel so that your scalp and hair doesn’t completely dry. You can wash your hair after 30 mins. To make – Amla juice is easy to prepare as all the ingredients are available at home. This is taken orally on an empty stomach for best results. Chop 2-3 fresh amlas along with 1/2 tsp of chopped ginger and blend it in a blender along with a glass of water. In order to enhance the taste you can add a pinch of salt or a teaspoon of honey.
AMLA HIBISCUS SHAMPOO TO STOP HAIR FALL
This helps to strengthen hair roots, reduce hair-fall, increases the volume of your hair, reduces dandruff , reduces scalp irritation, prevents pre-mature greying of hair, increases the blood circulation and helps retain the natural colour and texture of hair.
To make – Mix 1 tbsp of amla powder and 1 tbsp of hibiscus powder along with 1/4 cup of castile soap.
