As a coffee lover, trying out new variations of coffee is my all-time goal and now, I’ve hopped on the coffee smoothie trend. I’ve been trying out different coffee smoothie recipes and I’ve been successful at making quite a few delicious ones!

Coffee smoothies are creamy coffee beverages that combine coffee with various other ingredients like milk, fruits, oats, dry fruits, sweeteners, nut butter etc., and turn it into a smoothie. If you’re a coffee lover just like me, then I’m sure you would like to try out some of these recipes too. So here you go!

7 COFFEE SMOOTHIE RECIPES

Here are 7 super easy coffee smoothie recipes:

1. Banana Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup strong coffee
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter – homemade nut butter

Recipe:

Into a blender, add in the banana and the milk and blend until it becomes a smooth paste. Then, add in the strong coffee, cacao powder and the peanut butter. Blend until well combined, pour into a glass and it is ready to consume.

2. Dry Fruit Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup freshly brewed coffee (cold)
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup chopped mixed dry fruits
  • 4 dates

Recipe:

Soak mixed nuts in a bow of water overnight. Strain the water in the morning and add the soaked nuts to the blender, add in the dates and milk and give it a good blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. Then, add in the freshly brewed coffee and blend until smooth and well combined. Pour into a glass and consume.

3. Oats Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup chilled espresso coffee
  • 3 Medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp of nut butter – homemade butter recipe
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 to 6 cubes of ice

Recipe:

Into a blender, add in the oats and the milk and blend until it becomes a smooth paste. Then add in the dates, the espresso coffee, nut butter and the ice and blend well until the mixture becomes frothy. Then pour into a glass and its ready to drink.

4. Berry coffee Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Fresh berries 
  • 2 teaspoons Instant Coffee
  • 4-6 Dates , pitted
  • 1 cup Milk of choice

Recipe:

Into a blender, add in the dates along with the ice cream and the cold coffee concentrate and blend well until it becomes a smooth paste. Then add in the milk and the ice cubes and blend well. Then pour into a glass and have it chilled.

5. Avocado Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Ripe Avocado
  • 1/2 Cup Full-Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp honey, maple syrup or date syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Strong Brewed Coffee, Cooled
  • Ice, to Serve

Recipe:

Into a blender, add in the avocado and coconut milk and give it a blend until it is a smooth paste. Next, add in all the other ingredients and blend until well combined and the mixture becomes frothy. Then, pour into a glass and enjoy!

6. Coffee Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin spice powder – make spice powder here
  • 2 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 banana
  • Honey to taste

Recipe:

Into a blender, add in the banana and the milk and blend into a smooth paste. Then, add in the instant coffee powder, the pumpkin spice powder and the honey to taste and blend well until well combined and then pour into a glass and drink.

7. Mocha Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana if you aren’t using a frozen banana, add 1 handful of ice.
  • ⅓ cup cold brew
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 handful spinach
  • Honey ( optional)

Recipe:

Into a blender, add in the frozen banana sliced, spinach and the milk and blend until it becomes a smooth paste. Then, add in the coffee and honey if desired. Blend until well combined, pour into a glass and it is ready to consume.
