- 3 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp bentonite clay or rose powder
- 1 tbsp neem powder or fenugreek powder
In a mixing bowl, combine all these ingredients and mix it well. Transfer the combined powder into an air tight storage container. Then take a liberal quantity during your bath and combine it with water, rose water or even yogurt to blend into a fine paste. You can make this mixture using a small mixing bowl, before application or even make it in the palm of your hands. Apply it liberally all over your body and rub in circular motions for a few minutes.
