At some point or the other, I’m sure we all have seen and used these fenugreek seeds which are also known as ‘methi’ seeds. They are rich in vitamins and minerals and this seed is often used as a home remedy for promoting hair growth either by using it as fenugreek water as a rinse, fenugreek seed hair mask or fenugreek oil.
On the other hand, rice water too has been often used as a natural hair growth product. It is made simply by soaking rice in water and then using that water for the hair, in order to expedite the hair growth process. This water is rich in antioxidants and vitamins B and E. Mix it well or shake it well once you screw on the lid and let it sit for 25 to 30 minutes. This is the plain unfermented rice water method.
