I have penned down some of my most favourite delicious dip recipes that go well with crackers, potato chips, nachos, pretzels, French fries, potato wedges and more and the best part is that these dips are so easy to make with just two ingredients! Yes, just two! Check out these simple two-ingredient dip recipes below.
2 Ingredient Dip Recipes
1. Pesto Dip – A savory dip that’s perfect for crackers or veggies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 tbsp pesto sauce – homemade pesto sauce
2. Creamy Salsa Dip – A spicy dip perfect with chips
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cream cheese
- ½ cup salsa
3. Ranch Dip – yummy dip for french fries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (unflavoured)
- 1 tbsp Ranch powder/seasoning – Homemade ranch seasoning
4. Cream and Herb Dip
- 1 cup cream cheese or sour cream
- Mixed dried herbs (to taste)
Note: Herbs that go well with cream cheese are thyme, oregano, rosemary, chives, dill, basil, garlic powder etc.
5. Soy and Sour Cream Dip
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
6. Sour Cream and Onion Dip
- 1 cup sour cream
- Onion soup mix (add as per taste)
7. Cheesy Tomato Dip
- ½ cup melted cheese
- ½ cup canned tomato puree
8. Cheesy Pizza Sauce Dip – best dip for nachos
- 1 cup melted cheese
- ½ cup pizza sauce
9. Strawberry Dip – a dessert dip for short-bread cookies
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 small jar of strawberry preserves or jam
10. Chocolate Dip – the best dip for fruits and marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate ( melted )
- 1 cup heavy cream (hot)
Method to Make These Dips:
Into a mixing bowl, add in the ingredients and mix well to combine. It is ready to consume. Serve with chips, pretzels, crackers, nachos, French fries etc.
Note: For any recipes that call for melted cheese, make sure that the cheese is melted separately in a microwave safe bowl and cooled until warm and thereafter you can add in the second ingredient.
