1. Italian Herb Seasoning – Add flavor to your dishes with Italian herb seasoning to use in your pasta sauce, marinades, or roasted veggies!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 2-3 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 2 tbsp dried marjoram or oregano
    (Or dried sage, if you do have either)

To make the seasoning mix:

Into a mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients and give it a mix. Then, is ready to use. Store in a cool dry place, in an airtight container.

 Fajita Seasoning

2. Fajita Seasoning – A homemade blend to spice up any meat.

Ingredients:

  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp fine sugar
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder

To make the seasoning mix:

Into a mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients and give it a mix. Then, is ready to use. Store in a cool dry place, in an airtight container. Use 1 tablespoons ( or more depending on your taste) of homemade fajita seasoning to season 1 pound of meat like chicken, beef, shrimp, or pork.

Ranch Seasoning

3. Ranch Seasoning – Use this homemade seasoning in dips and dressings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp sea salt
