1. Mint Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cups pineapple
- Handful of kale or spinach
- ½ cucumber
- 5-6 basil or mint leaves
- 1 cup cold water
Recipe:
Add the ingredients to a juicer, alternating between adding bits of pineapples and leaves of kale to extract the maximum amount of juice. Serve immediately and enjoy! If you are using a blender, blend everything with 1 cup of water.
2. Avocado smoothie
Ingredients:
- Handful of spinach or kale
- ½ avocado
- 1 mango or banana
- ½ cup yogurt
- ½ cup water
- Ice cubes
Recipe:
Into a blender, add in the spinach, avocado, mango and yogurt. Give it a good blend until smooth and creamy. You can add in just a little more water if it is too thick or just serve it as a smoothie bowl.
3. Matcha Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup of microgreens
- Handful of baby spinach
- 1 cup non-dairy cold milk
- Sweetener of choice or 3 Dates
Sweetener options to use: Honey, jaggery syrup, maple syrup, ginger syrup, date syrup etc.
Non-dairy milk options to use: Cashew milk, almond milk, oat milk, coconut milk etc.

Blend all the above ingredients except the chaat masala with about 1 glass of cold water till smooth consistency.

- ½ cucumber
- 1 apple
- ½ inch ginger

- 2 cups cold water

- 1 cup coconut water or milk
