1️⃣ Boiled Egg Chocolate Pudding 🍫
A rich and silky pudding made with cooked egg yolks — no raw eggs involved!
Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs
⅔ cup whole milk
¼ cup sweetener – sugar, dates or honey
⅓ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
Remove yolks from eggs.
Blend yolks, milk, sugar, cocoa, and vanilla until smooth.
Heat in a saucepan, stirring until thick and glossy.
Chill 1–2 hours before serving.

Creamier and thicker than store mayo — made with cooked egg yolks.
Ingredients
4 hard-boiled eggs (yolks only)
4 tbsp olive or avocado oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt to taste
1 tbsp water (optional)
Method
Blend yolks with oil, lemon juice, mustard & salt.
Add water if needed to loosen consistency.
