  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method

  1. Pat the wings very dry to help with crispiness.
  2. Toss them with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Bake at 220°C / 425°F for 40–45 minutes, turning halfway,
    or air fry at 200°C / 390°F for 20–25 minutes.
  4. Add any sauce or dry rub and cook for 5 minutes more to set the flavor.

Tip: Add 1 teaspoon baking powder to the seasoning for extra crisp wings.
