Make 5 mins delicious and healthy energy balls using peanut butter.


Peanut butter benefits –

Peanut butter provides a good source of protein per serving to help support your bodybuilding goals. The high protein value effectively helps meet your daily protein intake and makes it great for muscle growth, supports bone health and overall satiety. Peanuts are rich in niacin, folate, vitamin E, essential nutrients, and minerals. The dietary fibers support all aspects of health at optimum levels.


Peanut butter balls make a great snack for kids and also can as a pre or post-workout snack. Blend roasted peanuts for 5 mins on high to make peanut butter. Add the peanut butter to a bowl.

You can add coconut flour, almond flour, or oats flour. To make oats flour, just blend in 1/2 cup of oats in a blender and add the oats flour to the peanut butter.

Add in any sweetener of your choice, you can use honey, dates, or maple syrup. Next, add a pinch of salt and a generous amount of cinnamon.

Blend it all well and roll the mixture into balls, if the mixture is too dry add in some water or coconut oil. If the mixture is too sticky then in some more flour. You can also refrigerate the mixture for few mins to make them easy to roll into balls.


  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sweetener
  • salt
  1. Add peanut butter to a bowl along with oats, coconut or almond flour. You can add ny flour of your choice.

  2. Add in honey or malpe syrup. Also, pinch of salt and cinnamon

  3. Mix eveything and roll them into balls

You can store the balls in the refrigerator for a week or in the freezer for up to a month.
