Here are some amazing natural beauty hacks you can follow before going to bed to wake up to healthy skin and hair.
Make a nail serum for longer, stronger nails – Use aloe vera gel to condition and moisturize your nails. Add 1 tbsp of pure aloe vera gel along with 1 tbsp of jojoba oil to it. Mix it well and store it in a glass container. Massage a small amount before going to bed on your nails.
You can also make a nail oil – mash 2 garlic cloves and put them to a roll-on or a dropper glass bottle, add 2 tbsp of jojoba oil – jojoba oil is amazing to condition your nails to keep them healthy. Let the garlic infuse in the oil overnight. Roll the garlic oil on your nails before going to bed and massage it in for faster nail growth.
Soft Pink Lips
Use honey to smooth dry chapped lips, apply a small amount of raw or manuka honey on your lips before going to bed. If you hae pigmented lips then add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder to 2 tbsp of raw honey. Store the mixture in a dropper bottle. Massage 1-2 drops on your lips before bed. Use a sunscreen in the morning to protect your lips.
For healthy skin, it is important to get a restful sleep. If you have trouble sleeping then make a natural sleep spray, in a bottle add in 1 tbsp of witch hazel, add 10 drops of lavender essential oil, and chamomile essential oils. Fill the bottle with 1/2 cup of water. Spray this all over your room, pillow, and bed. Meditate for 10-15 mins and breathe in deeply before going to bed for deep sleep.

Make a natural moisturizer that will nourish and hydrate your skin all night to wake up to glowing skin. In a bowl add 1 tbsp of aloe vera gel along with 1 tsp of non-comedogenic face oils, you can choose any face oil from this list – 10 Best oils for all skin types. To the bowl, add 1/4 cup of rose water, mix it well and pour it in a dropper bottle. Apply this as the last step in your skincare routine.
