OATMEAL FACE AND BODY ACNE SCRUB

Honey- Honey is a natural humectant that hydrates skin and also has natural mild bleaching effects that brightens natural complexion. Honey keep skin soft and glowing.

Yogurt/Curd- Yogurt or curd contains essential bacteria that produces lactic acid that gradually helps skin peeling and exfoliate. Yogurt also keeps skin healthy, soft and glowing. Lightens dark spots and improves skin texture.

OATMEAL FACE AND BODY ACNE SCRUB

RECIPE FOR OATMEAL FACE AND BODY SCRUB:

Things you need-

  • 2-3 tablespoons rolled oats (or as required)
  • 2 teaspoon raw honey
  • Enough yogurt or curd to make a creamy paste
  • cinnamon – 1/4 tsp

Directions-

In a bowl, add rolled oats,cinnamon, honey and enough curd/yogurt and mix well. Greek yogurt works the best in this recipe due to thick and creamy nature, regular curd and yogurt works fine too. Cleanse your facial skin and massage this paste on face. Can be used as a body scrub too before a shower. Let it sit for 15 minutes and rinse off. Follow up with your regular skin care and body care routine.
