HONEY

Honey has anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and soothing properties. Reduces the dryness in throat and also helps reduce throat itch. Simply consume a tablespoon honey few times a day or alternatively you can also add a teaspoon of honey to 1/2 cup warm water and consume.

SALT WATER

Salt water calms the itch and also helps treat dry cough and also regular cough sooner. Simply add a tablespoon pink salt or sea salt to 1 cup warm water and gargle with it.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

Apple cider vinegar has anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and soothing properties. You can add a tablespoon apple cider vinegar in 1 cup warm water and drink when you get up from sleep and also before sleeping.
