1. Mug Pizza 🍕

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 3 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese

Method

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, milk, baking powder, and oil until smooth.
  2. Spread pizza sauce on top of the batter.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly.
  4. Microwave or air fry until the batter cooks and cheese melts.

Microwave: 1–1½ minutes
Air Fryer: 180°C for 6–7 minutes


2. Mug Chicken Pot Pie 🥧

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 tbsp frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 tbsp cream of chicken soup
  • 3 tbsp biscuit dough (or ready biscuit mix)

Method

  1. Add chicken, vegetables, and cream soup into a mug and mix well.
  2. Place small pieces of biscuit dough on top.
  3. Cook until the biscuit topping is cooked and slightly golden.

Microwave: 2 minutes
Air Fryer: 180°C for 7–8 minutes


3. Mug Fried Rice 🍚

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked rice
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp frozen vegetables
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp shredded chicken (optional)
  • ½ tsp sesame oil

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a mug and mix well.
  2. Break the egg and stir so it coats the rice.
  3. Cook until the egg is fully set and rice is hot.

Microwave: 1½–2 minutes (stir once halfway)
Air Fryer: 180°C for 7 minutes


4. Mug Cornbread 🌽

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp cornmeal
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp oil

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a mug until smooth.
  2. Tap the mug lightly to remove air bubbles.
  3. Cook until the cornbread rises and sets.

Microwave: 1–1½ minutes
Air Fryer: 180°C for 8 minutes


5. Mug Alfredo Pasta 🍝

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked pasta
  • ¼ cup cooked chicken
  • 2 tbsp Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tbsp grated cheese

Method

  1. Add pasta and chicken into a mug.
  2. Mix in Alfredo sauce until everything is coated.
  3. Sprinkle cheese on top and cook until heated through.

Microwave: 1–1½ minutes
Air Fryer: 180°C for 5–6 minutes


6. Mug Quiche 🥚

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped vegetables (onion, bell pepper, spinach, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp shredded cheese

Method

  1. Beat egg and milk directly in a mug.
  2. Add vegetables and cheese and mix.
  3. Cook until the egg sets and becomes fluffy.

Microwave: 1–1½ minutes
Air Fryer: 180°C for 7 minutes
