you will need –

  • Black tea leaves – 2 tsp
  • cinnamon stick – 1
  • Green cardamoms pods – 4-6
  • Grated fresh ginger – 1/4 tsp
  • Black peppercorns – 2-4
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Milk – 2 cups
  • Sugar or stevia – as per taste

To make – Using a mortar and pestle add in all the spices and lightly crush them. In a saucepan, add in the water and add in all the crushed spices. Turn the flame to low and simmer for 5 mins to infuse all the flavors. Add in the milk, tea powder, and sugar and simmer for 1-2 mins. Sip on it warm.

MATCHA TEA

you will need –

  • Match powder – 1 tsp
  • Milk – 1 cup
