SLEEP SPRAY – Lavender oil has aromatherapy benefits that help promote restful sleep and prevents rapid eye movement. Simply add 1/3 cup filtered water in a spray bottle and add in 15 drops of lavender oil. Shake well and spray it on your pillows and sheets before sleeping.
SKIN GLOW SLEEPING MASK – Lavender oil helps add skin glow and also has nourishing and calming properties. You can add few drops or lavender oil to commercial aloe vera gel and mix it until it emulsifies. Apply an even layer of this on facial skin and sleep with it. Wash off in the morning.

In a jar, add 1/2 cup liquid castile soap, 20 drops lavender essential oil, few drops lavender food dye (optional) and 3 tablespoons witch hazel. MOISTURIZER – Lavender oil keeps skin clear and glowing. You can add few drops of lavender oil to commercial aloe vera gel and mix it until it emulsifies and forms a creamy consistency. Massage this on your facial skin until it is fully absorbed. Use it day and night.
HAIR PERFUME – Lavender oil makes your hair fragrant and freshens it up. Great for days when you haven’t shampooed. Simply add 1/3 cup filtered water in a spray bottle and add in 15 drops of lavender oil. Shake well and spray it on your hair.
