HOME REMEDIES FOR HEAD LICE

TEA TREE OIL HEAD LICE REMEDY

In a bowl, add 1/4 cup coconut oil and 5-10 drops of tea tree oil. Stir and apply liberally on scalp and hair. Wear a shower cap for 2 hours or overnight. Shampoo off the oil the next morning. Use 2 times a week until you are satisfied with the results.

NEEM HEAD LICE REMOVAL MASK

In a bowl, add 3 tablespoons neem powder and enough apple cider vinegar to make a paste. Apply a thick layer on scalp and wear a shower cap for 2 hours. Shampoo the mask off and use the lice-comb after hair dries to remove dead lice.

HEAD LIFE REMEDY HERBAL WATER

In a pan, add 1 cup water and 2 Tbsps of dried or fresh rosemary leaves. Simmer on low for 5 minutes and turn off the flame. Let it cool and strain the rosemary leaves. Add in 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar to the mixture. Transfer to a spray bottle ad spray liberally on your hair and scalp. Leave it overnight for best results. Shampoo it off the next morning.

COCONUT OIL HEAD LICE REMEDY

In a bowl, add an equal amount of coconut oil and lemon juice. Apply the mixture on the scalp and hair and wear a shower cap. Leave it overnight for the best results. Shampoo off the oil the next morning with a mild or herbal shampoo.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR HEAD LICE REMEDY

In a spray bottle, add ½ cup apple cider vinegar and ½ cup water. Shake well and spray liberally on scalp and hair. Massage well and let it sit for 2 hours. Shampoo off and use the lice-comb after hair dries to remove dead lice. Use 2 times a week until you are satisfied with the results.
