A rich creamy hair mask that helps to deeply nourish and condition your hair from deep within. Enriched with hair growth-boosting ingredients like fenugreek, aloe, and rice water this hair masque helps to repair, hydrate hair, and gives it gloss and shine. You can also use this as an eyebrow mask to make your eyebrows grow faster and thicker.
Fenugreek – Fenugreek is extremely effective in eliminating dandruff and retaining the pigment that delays graying, It helps to regrow hair and make the hair long and shiny. It strengthens the hair follicles, prevents hair fall, and increase the density of hair.
Aloe gel – It is great for treating dry scalp. It helps rejuvenates the scalp by promoting the regeneration of healthy hair. It aids hair fall. It also treats dandruff, itchiness, and formation of split ends. Aloe vera gel is excellent to regrow overplucked eyebrows. You will need –
- Fenugreek powder or rosemary powder – 2 tbsp
- Fresh aloe gel – 1 tbsp
- Rice water – how to make rice water
- Peppermint essential Oil – few drops ( optional)
To make – Take fenugreek powder ( you can also use rosemary powder) in a bowl, if you don’t have fenugreek powder then use fenugreek seeds and grind them into a fine powder. Add in the aloe gel and enough rice water to make a smooth paste. You can also blend all these ingredients into a blender to make a thick paste. Add in the essential oil of your choice to the mask. Leave the mask to thicken for around 30 mins before you use it.
After 30 mins, the mask will thicken and you can apply it on your scalp and also on your eyebrows as an eyebrow mask. Leave it on for an hour and simply rinse it off with plain water or shampoo it off using a mild shampoo. Repeat twice a week for best results. READ MORE – HAIR GROWTH POWDER RECIPE
Caution – If you don’t like the smell of fenugreek then kindly add in few drops of lemon or lavender essential oil to the mask.
