Into a mixing bowl, add in the flour, baking powder ( for a slight puffy, pillowy texture) and salt. Mix really well. Then, little by little keep adding in the water and oil and knead until the dough forms a dough ball.

Recipe:

Into a mixing bowl, add in the flour, salt, oil or ghee and add the water little by little, knead well until it forms a dough ball. Then make it into small sized balls and set aside for 10 mins, flatten into round circles. Heat a pan and drizzle some oil on it.   • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp oil or butter ( ghee)
  • 1 tsp salt
