FENUGREEK OIL BENEFITS

You will need –
- Fenugreek seeds – 2 tbsp
- Castor oil – 1/2 cup
Dry roast the fenugreek seeds and then grind them to a powder. Mix the powder with the oil and let it infuse for 2-3 weeks in a warm sunny place. You can use any other oil in place of castor oil like coconut oil or olive oil.
You can also try the double boiler method to infuse the oil. Take a saucepan and add water to it. Place a bowl on the saucepan and add the oil and fenugreek seeds or powder. Infuse the oil in fenugreek for 10-15 mins. Pour the oil in a glass jar and store it in a cool dry place.
