1. Nuts and Seeds Smoothie

- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 brazil nuts
- 2 dates
Into a medium sized container, add in the oats, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds and brazil nuts and top it up with water. Keep this container covered and let this mixture soak overnight. The next morning, strain out the water and transfer the contents into a mixer blender. Add in the dates and a cup of water and blend it until it comes fine and smooth like a smoothie. It is then ready to be consumed.
2. Curry Leaves Juice
Curry leaves are rich in antioxidants and can help restore scalp health. It can also help open up the clogged hair follicles on the scalp. Curry leaves contain vitamin B which can contribute to strengthening the hair follicles and control hair fall.
- 1 glass of water
- 10 – 12 curry leaves
- 1 tsp lemon (optional)
- Honey to taste (optional)
In a vessel, boil one glass of water and curry leaves and let it keep boiling for around 2 minutes or until the colour of the water begins to change. - 1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder
- 1 glass of water
- Honey to taste
Into a heating pot, add in the glass of water and let it come to a boil. When the water is bubbling, add in the ashwagandha powder, give it a mix and turn off the heat and keep the pot closed for 10 to 15 minutes so that the tea can steep.
