- 2 dates
- Water
Method:
Into a medium sized container, add in the oats, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds and brazil nuts and top it up with water. Keep this container covered and let this mixture soak overnight.
The next morning, strain out the water and transfer the contents into a mixer blender. Add in the dates and a cup of water and blend it until it comes fine and smooth like a smoothie. It is then ready to be consumed.
2. Curry Leaves Juice

- 1 glass of water
- 10 – 12 curry leaves
- 1 tsp lemon (optional)

In a vessel, boil one glass of water and curry leaves and let it keep boiling for around 2 minutes or until the colour of the water begins to change.
