Turmeric Shots – Turmeric is known to have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It improves skin tone and over-all complexion and gives a naturally glowing skin

Wash the carrots, turmeric root and amla under running water to get rid of dirt and other impurities. You can also soak them in water for around half an hour before using them for the turmeric shot. Then, chop up the carrot and amla into pieces and set aside in a bowl.
Next, scrape off the skin of the turmeric root and cut into slices and set aside.
For the drink: Into a blender, add in all the ingredients along with the water and blend into a fine and smooth liquid without any lumps. Strain and consume.
