BODY ACNE SPRAY
You will need –
- Indian Healing Clay or bentonite clay
- Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother
- Water
To make – Add 1 tbsp of bentonite clay, 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, and 1/4 cup of filtered water in a jar and mix it well. Pour this mixture into a spray bottle. Shake well and spray it on your back or body. Let it dry for 10 mins and rinse it off. Do not spray it on the face only use the spray-on body or back acne.
To make a Clay Body Mask – You will need 2 tbsp of bentonite clay, 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp of water. Apply this paste on your body and leave it on for 10 mins. Rinse off and use a body lotion to moisturize the skin.
Caution – Always do a patch test before use. The clay will leave your skin red for a few hours and also leave your skin dry so use moisturize after using a clay mask.
