CLAY BODY SCRUB
You need 1 tbsp clay, 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp of water. In a bowl combine clay, apple cider vinegar and water. Massage it on your body and leave it on for 10 mins twice a month for smooth, glowing skin.
CITRUS BODY SCRUB
You need 1 cup olive oil, 1 cup sea salt and 1 tbsp lemon zest. Mix all ingredients together, and pour into a lidded jar. Wet your skin in the shower, and gently massage the scrub all over yourself- preferably in gentle, circular motions to exfoliate it. Rinse thoroughly, pat dry, and moisturize if necessary.
COFFEE BODY SCRUB
You need ¼ cup ground coffee, ¼ cup ground coffee, 1/2 cup Castile soap or any body wash, 1 tbsp of jojoba oil or any other noncomedogenic oils. . Mix castile soap with ground coffee and oil. OATMEAL BODY SCRUB
You need 2 tbsp of fine-grained oats, 1/4 cup yogurt, and 1 tsp of orange peel powder. Mix all the ingredients and store in a jar. Once you mix the ingredients and scrub it away for lovely skin!
BROWN SUGAR SCRUB
You need 1 tbsp of fine sugar and 1/4 cup aloe vera gel. Mix together all ingredients. Dampen skin in the shower, rub scrub all over in firm, circular motions, and then rinse clean. Follow with a moisturizer if needed.
TURMERIC SCRUB
