APPLE CIDER VINEGAR & CINNAMON FLAT TUMMY WATER
Things you need-
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
Directions- In a serving glass, add warm water and add in apple cider vinegar and cinnamon. Add in honey and stir well. Have this drink in the morning on an empty stomach every day and also after your last meal of the day.
