Coffee oil can be easily made at home by infusing coffee grounds with any oil of our choice. The oil can help increase blood circulation and can stimulate the hair follicles to speed up the growth. HOW TO MAKE COFFEE OIL

You will need –

Organic Roasted coffee bean powder
Organic Carrier Oils ( jojoba oil, grapeseed oil or any other oil of your choice). Make sure you use a non comedogenic oils if you are using the oil on your face.

There are 2 different methods to infuse coffee with oil. You can choose to make the coffee oil by using the hot fusion method or the cold fusion method but it is really a lot less complicated than it sounds.

Heat Infusion Method- In a double boiler, add 1 cup of oil of your choice and add in ½ cup coffee grounds. Leave it on low flame for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Strain the oil using cheese cloth and store it in a jar.

Cold Infusion Method- In a jar, add 1 cup oil and add in ½ cup coffee grounds. Mix and keep the jar in dark place for 1 month. After a month, strain the oil using a cheese cloth and use it in your beauty routine.

COFFEE OIL USES

HAIR OIL – Just apply the oil on your hair and scalp and massage it in for few mins. Leave the oil on about 10-20 minutes or overnight before you shampoo it off.
COFFEE SHAMPOO – Add a few drops of oil to the shampoo while you wash your hair to strengthen the hair follicles.
FACE AND BODY SERUM – Smooth a small amount of the coffee oil on your face and body, coffee oil is beneficial to get rid of dark circles and brighten the skin.
