Things you need-
- Flaxseeds – 2 tbsp
- Water – 2 cups
- Chia seeds – 1 Tbsp (optional)
- Aloe vera gel – 2 tbsp (optional)
- Essential oil – few drops
Directions-
In a saucepan, add water chia seeds and flax seeds and keep it on low flame. Let it simmer for 5 mins and keep stirring until the water forms to a gel-like consistency and thick. Turn off the flame and strain out the gel when it is hot. Add in aloe vera gel and mix until well-combined/emulsified. Aloe vera gel moisturizes and deeply conditions for thicker hair growth. I like to add in a few drops of jasmine, rose, or lavender essential oil to make my hair smell amazing. Transfer to a pump bottle. Take a small amount, rub it into your palm and smooth it on your hair. Let it dry and style your hair as usual.
Use it on your hair and scalp as a deep conditioning hair treatment. Massage the scalp with the gel and leave it on overnight or for 30 mins. Just rinse it off the next morning with plain cool water.
